April 13th, 2024.

The Ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

We will be trying to finalize a transportation system for everyones commute back to Courtenay & Cumberland at the end of the evening. However if you are not staying in either of those locations, you are more than welcome to organize a designated driver or a taxi! You WILL need to organize a taxi BEFORE you get to the wedding due to limited cell service. If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking at the front entrance of the property.

Regardless as to what the weather decides to do on our day, our wedding will be outdoors on grass under a tent. Please pick shoe-wear accordingly!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi formal)!

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our home! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, a cash gift would be very welcome.

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (the exception are the little ones in our immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Please stay tuned for this answer! We are currently in the process of booking a hotel block for our family that are taking time out of their routine to celebrate us! Courtenay or Comox is where we recommend.

You can depart from, Horseshoe Bay Terminal travelling to Departure Bay OR Tsawwassen Terminal travelling to Duke Point Terminal! There is no wrong option! BUT! Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay is a shorter ferry as-well as a shorter drive by an hour roughly!

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off your phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment. During cocktail hour and the reception feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
