What time should I arrive?
At least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins - 5:10 is the suggested time for arrival.
Can I take my own photos and video?
No, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer will take the photos + video. Please just sit back and live in the moment with us. 🥰
Have you reserved room blocks?
No, but we have a few good suggested hotels under the “Travel” tab.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, but please drink responsibly.
Outdoors or indoors?
Ceremony will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.
What is the recommended attire?
Semi-formal - have fun & dress up with us! Please wear black and/or champagne. 🖤🤎

When you RSVP, you’ll see a list of people who you can bring with you. The number we entered into this guest list is our final number.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes, but please keep an eye on them as they are your responsibility.
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony + reception?
Yes, we will be taking wedding party photos directly after the ceremony. 📸
Can I post wedding photos to social media?
Please wait until AFTER Bram + I post 🫶🏼 so keep an eye out! When you post, be sure to use #ToastToTheHubbards so we can easily find your pictures!
