Our Wedding

Hello friends and family,
 
I am Brandi and this is the story of how my partner, Kevin, and I met, fell in love, and decided to spend the rest of our lives together.
 
We first crossed paths in November of 2021 when we both started working for what was possibly the worst supervisor in the world. Ironically, this person made a very big deal about bringing in a new employee who he was excited to see me meet.
"Brandi, you're going to love this guy, he's just like you!"
It wasn't the most ideal situation, but little did we know that it would be the beginning of a beautiful love story. Our first impressions of each other were not the greatest - we started off on the wrong foot. In an attempt to stay distant from Kevin, I started rumors that he was "sketchy" and "we can't trust a guy who drinks cokes and smokes cigars for lunch?" But sometimes, when things start off rocky, it just means that there's room for something extraordinary to blossom.
 
Our early days together were filled with laughter and fun, especially when we got snowed in at work. We sneaked off to each other's rooms to sing and laugh, making inside jokes about our coworkers who had no idea that we were growing closer and closer with each passing day. It was in those moments of unexpected togetherness that we realized how much we enjoyed each other's company.
 
Kevin and I share a love for traveling and small adventures, good food, bad jokes, and trash television. We have faced many challenges together, from tough losses to raising children and changing jobs. Through it all, we have supported each other and remained close, bonded by our shared faith in God. It is this faith that has guided us through every obstacle and strengthened our relationship.
 
When Kevin proposed to me at my workplace, I never expected it. He surprised me during a wedding and presented me with a ring. I screamed in shock, ran away, and then circled back to say yes. It was a moment filled with joy, love, and laughter - a perfect reflection of our relationship.
 
As we look towards the future, our hopes and dreams are simple yet profound. We dream of traveling the world, creating a loving home to raise children in, growing old together in love, nurturing a lasting friendship, and seizing every moment that life has to offer.
 
We believe that God knew what He was doing when He brought us together. We feel incredibly blessed to have found each other and cannot wait to begin this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
 
To all our wedding guests, we want to express our deepest thanks and gratitude for being a part of our special day. Let's celebrate together and shower each other with blessings as we embark on this journey of love and commitment.
