Our story began when Will took a bold move and messaged me on instagram on March 5, 2020 while I was in class (my friend and I creeped on him the rest of class) and a week later the COVID era began. He said that he had heard of me before but I had no clue who he was since we were both from the two rivals in town. Our families then began asking around to figure out who each other were. We had began texting for a few months, then it turned into FaceTiming until 5am every night. Will would invite me over for dinner and I would constantly have some excuse as to why I could not come over. Will was very determined in getting to know me. After about 6 times, I finally agreed to have dinner at his apartment. With that being said, our first dinner did not end well. I ended up sick after eating and thought I would never be eating wills cooking again (he made asparagus which I thought was the worst food on the planet at the time). P.S asparagus is my favorite food now. We hung-out for months (at least 3-4) before we started dating on June 8, 2020. I would tell my friends “if this boy doesn’t ask me to be his girlfriend, I’m going to have to move on”. I’m so glad I didn’t move on. From June 8 on, we have had some of the most memorable, fun times together. After 3 years of dating, will asked me to marry him April 19, 2023. Through our relationship, we have found a best friend in each other to help guide us through life.
