The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Shuttles will be provided from each hotel to ensure guests arrive on time. There will be a cash bar at the venue starting at 4pm to help get the party started. Cocktail hour will start at 5:30pm in the Oakroom and the reception will start at 6:30pm in the Ballroom. The reception ends at 10:30pm and the after party will be hosted back in the Oakroom until 11:30pm. Shuttles will be provided following the reception and the after party making sure all guests arrive to the hotel safely following the event.

Shuttle pick up will be at 3:15pm and 4:15pm. Residence Inn and Holiday Inn will have their own shuttles to transport guests to and from the wedding. Please plan accordingly in order to make it to the ceremony on time. Reminder that you should be able to get an Uber to the wedding venue if you miss the shuttles but you WILL NOT be able to get an Uber back to your hotel from the wedding venue so please plan on using the shuttle service we are providing.

Yes. Would this be a Walsh/Roger wedding without one!? The after party will be held at our wedding venue. You can choose to leave after the reception or join us back in the cocktail hour space for our after party. Shuttles with be provided to the hotels that we have listed on the website both after the reception and at the close of the after party.

When invitations are sent out a RSVP tab will be added to the website. Guests should RSVP online.

Unless your invitation states that you have a plus one, please do not ask to bring extra guests to the wedding. It is important to us that our wedding is a intimate gathering with those closest to us.

Our wedding dress code is formal. Please dress to impress and make sure to wear your dancing shoes!

While we love the little ones, we ask that infants, toddlers and children are left in the care of others. All wedding related events are 21+ only.

We hope that guests please keep their phones and cameras away for the duration of the ceremony. Please feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour, reception and after party.

The hotels listed on our website will each have a shuttle service to take guests to and from our wedding venue. If you are not staying in one of the hotels we have listed we encourage you to organize a car service or have a DD. The wedding venue is in a remote area where Ubers are not available.
