Our Wedding

Our story starts when a student in psychology comes to a small, new town in pursuit of an internship in psychology knowing no one. Meanwhile, a bright, beautiful, psychiatrist in training was finishing up her residency. Both frustrated by the modern dating landscape, little did they know that through the intersection of God's plan and a close mutual friend, the two would meet on a blind date. Since then, the two embarked on a wonderful journey complete with shenanigans (and tomfoolery), laughter, good morning phone calls that are mostly coherent...mostly, and above all a love for each other and a love for God. Although the two may have occasionally stumbled in the face of stress from finishing up schooling (finally!!!), studying and taking psychiatry boards, and taking care of a *mostly* obedient puppy, both grew in love and compassion for one another. It is truly a blessing to know a love like this. Specifically, a love that is selfless and sacrificial, and patient and kind. A kind of love that chooses laughter over harsh words, and is fulfilling in every aspect. It is with great excitement that we begin our pursuit of a wonderful life together.
