What time is the ceremony?

Plan to arrive by 3:45PM

What time is the reception?

Immediately following the ceremony and we will celebrate until 10 pm

What is the dress code?

Formal Attire

Will The wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Due to weather the Ceremony will be held inside. The Cocktail area is outside with a fire pit and will be available during the entire reception. The reception is indoors.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can move over to the cocktail area where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served buffet style around six with Dancing to follow.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

There is a long parking lot. the closer you park to the street the shortest is your walk. parking is across the street from the ceremony and reception building.

Will Transportation be provided?

We will not be providing any transportation. We highly encourage if you are drinking at our open bar to use a ride share option like Lyft or Uber.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

The Bridal shower was hosted by Joann Hofmann, Madison Hofmann, Ruth Nathan and Alison Sawyer in October. The couple will not be hosting additional events. There will be a casual dinner Friday 2/24 night. invitations have been sent out. Friday evening after dinner anyone is welcome to the bridal suite to play card games and socialize until 10pm.

How do I RSVP? When is the deadline?

All RSVP is closed.

Can I bring my kids?

We ask that you make a date night of our celebration, and only bring guests twenty-one and older.

Can I bring my partner?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

I can't attend the wedding in person. will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

We decided we will not have any kind of live stream. However we did purchase video in our package. So if you would like to see that please just let us know. We will make sure to send you the link once it's edited.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We have a hotel block set up at Hampton Inn and Suites San Clemente. See our Travel page for booking information.

What type of food and drink will be served during cocktail hour and reception? How are you handling dietary restrictions?

We will be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner. We will make sure there are vegetarian options available. If you have more extensive dietary restrictions, please reach out.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us!

Will you be having a "Money Dance"?

Yes! We look forward to dancing with you!

Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?

Please see our Gifts page. Our registry are set up to ship to our home. If you want to ship outside our registry please contact the bride via call or text or email weresayingidew@gmail.com. You are also welcome to bring your gifts to the reception.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #weresayingidew so we can see them too!
