You can park at the venue and leave your car! The venue does ask that you pick up your car between 8 am - 12 pm in case there is another wedding the following day. If you do not get your car within that time, they lock the gate, and no one is able to get out.

Yes! They do take cash and card. There will be three kegs of beer and unlimited pop and coffee. The kegs are first come first serve, once they are out, they are out! There will be wine based liquors, beers and seltzers. No outside alcohol is permitted. If found, you will be asked to leave the venue.

Lyft and Uber do pick up at the location! Just type in Emerald Pines Barn & Reception!

We kindly ask that no one uses their phone during the ceremony but enjoys the moment of two people saying yes to forever together!

We want all of our guests to be the most comfortable, but we also ask if guests can wear neutral tone colors. Try to steer clear from bright colors please!

As much as we like to share this day with everyone, unfortunately if you are not given a plus one on your RSVP, we ask you do not bring anyone. Thank you.

Yes! Your kids should be added to your RSVP group, and you can select the option for them.

We did not create a block of rooms at a hotel, but have included hotels under the "travel" tab of the website. This has shuttles that work with the venue and if you have children, something for them to do!

We recommend to RSVP no later than July 5th, 2025. If you would like to see if your name is on the list, you can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab.

The ceremony starts at 3 pm but we would like guests at the venue by 2:30 pm and seating will start at 2:45 pm. The social hour and reception are where the ceremony will take place so no need to travel anywhere!
