Please RSVP by December 31, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date we ask that you reach out to the couple before attending the wedding to see if it possible to still provide a meal and have a place to sit. If the couple can no longer ensure both of these we ask that you kindly refrain from attending the dinner as all plates are to be accounted for. If invited guests who were unable to RSVP by time requested do wish to still attend after the dinner you are welcome to arrive after 7:30pm.

Attire is spring garden party formal.

There is no paved parking at the venue. Additionally, there is a small distance from the parking to the venue. Guest are allowed to drop off passengers at the entrance before self parking. Before the ceremony, golf carts are available to transport guests from their car to the main entrance. However, if you arrive after the start of the ceremony golf carts will not be available again until conclusion of the ceremony and no drop offs at that time due to the noise level.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We ask that guest arrive no earlier than 4:15pm. Additionally, if you happen to arrive after 5pm we ask that you wait to take a seat during the ceremony until after the procession has ended. There will be an attendant at the main entrance that will tell you when it is appropriate to take a seat.

We kindly ask that during the procession no phones are out recording or taking photos. We want to see all guest smiling faces and not their phones. So please be courteous of the couples wishes. Once the wedding talk begins, photos are welcomed if you wish along with photos during the recession.

Immediately after the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour and cash bar provided with options for payment with cards/ tap and pay. No outside alcohol should be brought per venue regulations. We ask that everyone be mindful and drink within moderation to ensure the safety of all attendees.

During the cocktail hour, the Bride and Groom will be available for photos with guests. Additional photos with guest will still occur during reception if requested.

Seating will be assigned with the seating chart posted at the entrance of the venue.

Guest will be provided with one dinner option. However, children under the age of 12 will be provided pizza. If any teenagers would prefer pizza over the set meal provided, please reach out to the couple and let them know before December 31st. If they do decide to eat the pizza, we ask that the day of they do not take one of the regular plates as each plate will be accounted for other guests that requested the main meal.

If for some reason you are unable to attend the wedding after all please let the couple know by March 1, 2026.
