The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

4:30-5:00: Ceremony. 5:00-6:00: Cocktail Hour. 6:00-7:00: Dinner. 7:00-11:00: Dancing.

As much as we’d love for our family & friends to dress up with us, we want you to be comfortable & enjoy your time on our big day. Our plan is to have an outdoor ceremony with weather permitting, so please be prepared for an outdoor portion of the day.

Our color scheme is black & white.

Due to our venue’s capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your guest’s name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes!

Due to our venue’s capacity, we are only able to accommodate for those that are included specifically on the invitation. Also, our venue has a large pond & we just want to keep everyone as safe as possible on our special day. As much as we love your children, we encourage you to enjoy this as a “night out” for yourselves! If you are unsure, please reach out to one of us.

Yes, there will be an open bar. Please arrange for a sober and safe ride back home, or to the hotel, at the end of the night.

Yes, we will have hotel rooms blocked off. We are working with the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn in Millersburg for rooms under "Holt Wedding." Please check out the TRAVEL page for more information.

We will not have transportation arranged. If you plan on drinking, please make sure that you have a sober & safe ride arranged for the end of the night.
