WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please feel free to arrive at Bonnet Island anytime after 5pm to enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage and to ensure you are at the venue on time, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.
We kindly ask that no one arrives before 5pm, as we have scheduled out every minute of the day. We thank you for your cooperation!
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START?
Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Please do your best to make sure you are at Bonnet Island by that time, as the doors to the Boathouse Chapel will close at the start of the ceremony.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress to impress in your best formal wear! We suggest men wear suits and women wear a knee-length/elegant cocktail dress. Ladies, don’t be afraid to keep the “summer” patterns/colors going!
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?
Yes! A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding for guests staying at the designated hotels with room blocks.
CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?
Yes you can.
ARE THE CEREMONY, RECEPTION & AFTER PARTY AT THE SAME PLACE?
Yes! Everything will be held at Bonnet Island Estate!
IS THE VENUE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?
Yes it is!
DO I GET TO CHOOSE MY MEAL?
Yes! There will be 3 meal options, which you will be able to choose from the night of the wedding.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES
Yes, however we will be having an “unplugged ceremony”.
We kindly ask that you put your phones down and simply enjoy this moment with us! After the ceremony, feel free to take all the pictures you would like!
WILL YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTION?
Absolutely. Please just make sure you notify us on your formal invitation so we can relay all accommodations to catering.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING CHANGES AFTER I RSVP?
We understand that things happen. We simply ask that you email rachelcep@gmail.com (or text) ASAP if anything changes. Thank you!
WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY + SHUTTLE BUS?
Sure will! The after party will be from 11:00pm-1:00am.
We will provide a shuttle bus on a loop during the after party for all guests staying at the Mainland Holiday Inn & Drifting Sands hotels!
***please be aware that Ubers are very limited in LBI during off-season. If you are NOT staying at either of our hotels, you will be responsible for your own transportation! Thank you!***
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, there will be an open bar! The drinks are on us but please feel free to tip our wonderful bartenders!!
HOW AND WHERE CAN I BOOK MY HOTEL?
As of right now, you can book your stay at the Holiday Inn or Drifting Sands hotels. Please refer to our “travel” section for more information. You may also call either of our hotels for more information.
WHAT ARE THE CLOSEST AIRPORTS TO BONNET ISLAND ESTATE?
Atlantic City International Airport: approximately 45-minute drive; Philadelphia International Airport: approximately 1 ½ hours’ drive; Newark Liberty International Airport: approximately 1 ½ hours’ drive
CAN I BRING A PLUS 1?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus 1, they will appear on your RSVP.
WHAT IF I DIDN’T RSVP IN TIME?
If we did not receive your RSVP by the designated date (AUGUST 1, 2026), we will automatically mark that as a “Not Attending”. Thank you for understanding!
