If you have any questions about the venue or accommodations, please contact Brandon or Olivia directly! :) Directions to Tierra Retreat Center from Leavenworth: From US 2 Eastbound in Leavenworth you will turn left onto Chumstick Highway and head North toward the town of Plain. You will follow the Chumstick Highway approximately 5.5 miles and will turn left onto Sunitsch Canyon Road. There is a large Tierra Learning Center sign at the intersection of Chumstick Highway and Sunitsch Canyon Road. Follow the dirt road over the railroad tracks for approximately 1 mile. You will come to an intersection and another directional sign. Turn left down the hill and head straight ahead toward the Retreat Center and Main Lodge. The suites are located just past the Main Lodge.

- Friday, July 23 at 8:30pm at the Main Lodge -Attire: Camping CasualA showing of The Sword in the Stone will take place at the Main Lodge. This is the first movie that Olivia and Brandon watched together!

Outdoor Movie

- Saturday, July 24th at 9:00am at the Main Lodge -Attire: Casual (PJs encouraged!)Join us for a complimentary breakfast the morning of the wedding! Open to everyone staying both on-site and off. Please come start the day with us!

- Saturday, July 24 at 11:00am in the Meadow - Various lawn games and activities will be set up for you to enjoy throughout the day including Spikeball, Kubb, Slip-N-Slide, corn hole, basketball, volleyball and board games. Bring a lawn chair, swim suit and sun protection for a fun day in the sun!

Lawn Games and Activities

- Saturday, July 24th at at 5:00pm at the Amphitheater -Attire: Semi-Formal, but dress comfortablyThe main event! Guests can start taking their seats at 4:30pm.

Wedding Ceremony

- Saturday, July 24th at 5:40pm at the Main Lodge -After the ceremony, socialize and enjoy some beer and wine!

Social Hour 

- Saturday, July 24th at 6:40pm at the Main Lodge -Dinner is served, buffet style! Beer and wine will also be served.

Wedding Dinner

- Sunday, July 25th at 11:00am -All guests must be checked out by 11:00am, but we have access to the Main Lodge until 2:00pm. Thank you for coming to our wedding weekend! Take the rest of the day to explore Leavenworth before you go!

Important Information

- Verizon is the only cell phone carrier that works at Tierra Retreat Center. There is WiFi in the Main Lodge (not password protected). We recommend downloading WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to communicate with other guests, and bringing Walkie Talkies if you have them. There is also a phone in the main lodge available for use.- The Main Lodge has restrooms and showers on the main floor, as well as an ADA bathroom with a diaper changing station.- There is a burn ban in place for the month of July due to high fire risk. Please no fires, portable grills/stoves or sparklers. Smoke only in the designated smoking area.- There is a basketball court, hot tub, yoga yurt, and extensive lawn space available for guest use throughout the weekend. We will also be bringing a Slip-N-Slide!- Please carpool if you can! Space for parking is limited.- The wedding ceremony will take place in an outdoor amphitheater, which requires short uphill walk on a dirt path with a railing, so wear appropriate footwear. For women, we recommend wedges or flats. The reception will be on the Main Lodge deck and the lawn space below.

COVID UPDATE

As of July 16th, the wedding is still on! We are hopeful that everyone will have access to a vaccine by our wedding and there will be no restrictions on outdoor gatherings. We look forward to celebrating with you all!

Food and Drink Info

- Dinner will be served after the wedding. We will also be serving beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. We are not permitted to serve hard alcohol but you may bring your own if you choose.- If you RSVP to the Welcome BBQ on Friday evening and the Saturday Morning Breakfast, food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.- Please bring your own food or make arrangements for lunch on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. We also recommend bringing snacks and drinks for yourself throughout the weekend! If you bring a cooler, there is an industrial ice machine available for use in the Main Lodge.- Please bring a personal water bottle and use it throughout the weekend to cut down on use of disposable water bottles!
