We are looking for cocktail attire! For example, the men can wear a suit or a button up shirt with a tie and the women can wear a mid-length to floor length dress. Jewel tones are encouraged but not required.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate kids in our immediate family. We hope everyone can respect that children are only invited if named on the invitation. For example, "The XYZ Family".

Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one , your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest". We want everyone to share in the celebration and that will ensure we are surrounded by our closest family and friends. We hope everyone will understand.

We ask everyone to arrive to the venue 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony starts. We don't want anyone to be rushed and have plenty of time to park and find your seats before the ceremony begins.

In order to ensure everyone is present and living in the moment, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. During the cocktail hour/reception take as many photos as you would like! We would love to see everyone's perspective!

We will be having an open bar of beer and wine! We are also offering 2 signature drinks. The drinks are on us, the hang over is on you!

Our ceremony is outside under a pavillion! If the weather forecasts rain we do suggest bringing an umbrella just to get from your car to the ceremony space. Our reception is inside in a heated barn, with the opportunity to go outside for a fire (weather permitting).

The Fairfield Inn! We have booked a block that allows our guest to get rooms at a discounted rate. Due to limited rooms, make sure to book you room as soon as possible!
