Talk about a small world! We met when we both had apartments in the same complex. We actually lived directly across from each other. Funny enough we actually met online and connected the dots. Rather than messaging online for days on end we decided to just meet up outside one night. We spent the whole night talking and getting to know each other. (Even though one of us had to work first thing in the morning.)

After some time we started going on various adventures together. We found a common love for long road trips and dispersed camping. In fact we loved driving until after dark before finding the perfect camp site then waking up to a whole world we hadn't seen the night before.

We travelled and camped all over Oregon and California before eventually embarking on our most ambitious road trip yet.

We had 10 days set aside for a road trip in which we drove from home in Beaverton, to New Orleans and back. It was on the second day of that 10 day trip that found us on the edge of the north rim of the grand canyon.

With help from some fellow travelers, we were engaged to each other from one grand gesture, amidst a grand adventure, on the side of the grand canyon. We couldn't be happier!

The rest of this last year has been a whirlwind of adventure. We moved out of our apartments and bought our very own class A RV to live in. It needs some work here and there but it's ours and it's home.

As we are getting closer to the big day, we are both anxious and stressed with all the planning, but also excited and looking forward to our next chapter and what life has in store for us next! We both appreciate the love and support everyone has shown us and we are excited to see you all at on our big day in which we will profess our love for one another in front the the whole world!
