We met the same way 25% of Americans do...online. Our romance started with a swipe to the right and a joke about how Brandon heard that Jewish doctors and Jewish attorneys make great couples. After countless messages and a face time date, so Kailey could make sure she wasn't being catfished, they met in person. They had their first date at Loyola Park at the end of July where Kailey brought the blanket and Brandon brought the picnic basket.

After several months of countless trips between Rogers Park and West Town it became apparent that the couple couldn't get enough of each other. However, the same could not be said about Maya and Kimi. Which was anticipated from a cat who thinks she is queen and a Siberian Husky (who also thinks she's queen), but a little tuna and a bully stick fixes everything.

A story about Brandon and Kailey would not be complete if they didn't mention Koi. For those of you reading this that haven't experienced the perfection that is Koi Sushi... you're missing out! It has become Brandon and Kailey's go to date spot, celebratory stop, and gathering spot with friends and family.

A blissful year and a half went by and on a chilly night in early January, Brandon surprised Kailey by renting out an art gallery in the city. He filled the gallery with photos of them, and created a path lined with candles, flowers, and greenery... all leading to a sign that asked the question..."Marry me?" It was the easiest question Kailey ever had to answer, which was of course "yes".

Now that you are all caught up on our story, we look forward to celebrating with you on June 15, 2024. Our wedding would not be the same without our friends and family. Please help us continue our love story by being there when we say "I do".
