The wedding festivities will be held in the morning and should be concluded by noon on our day on Castaway Cay. The Ceremony will be outside on the island followed by a Champagne Toast on the ship. Disney will be providing an itinerary to all guests on embarkation day and will be providing transportation on the island to and from the wedding ceremony location.

We kindly request that you RSVP by March 8th, 2025 for the wedding cruise to ensure that you are registered as a Wedding Party guest. Thank you for your assistance in making our event planning process smoother!

We recommend that you book as soon as you are able. Even with the wedding booked, we are not able to hold rooms for guests. There's only a 20% down payment needed to reserve your room. Then you can pay the rest throughout the year up until mid to late February when the final payment is due.

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. However, the cruise is not a closed sailing. If you would like to bring more family or a friend with you, you are welcome to bring them. Just the morning of the wedding will be closed to wedding guests only.

We've decided to host an adults-only wedding and reception, with the exception of the little ones in our bridal party and immediate family, whose names are explicitly included in the invitations. Please note that while the cruise itself is open to all ages, the wedding events are age-restricted. We truly appreciate your understanding and eagerly anticipate celebrating with you at the wedding festivities.

Our dress code is Disney Dapper meets Tropical Chic! Think dressing to the nines with a touch of Disney magic, while keeping in mind the tropical island setting. On the wedding day (Castaway Cay day), we kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. For the rest of the cruise, you are welcome to wear any colors you prefer.
