Where is the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue:
Almquist Farm in Hastings, MN
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
We are planning on having our ceremony outside and the reception indoors. If the weather will not permit an outdoor ceremony, both events will be indoors.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
The venue has plenty of free parking on site.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception space are one level and wheelchair or walker accesible. There is also a complimentary cart that will bring guests to the ceremony space if needed.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Yes! We are having a buffet style dinner. When you RSVP please specify any food allergens or sensitivities and we will have an option set aside that accomodates this.
