3:30 PM - MEET IN HOTEL LOBBY FOR SHUTTLE

The shuttle will leave the hotel at xx time. Please don't be late. If you are driving, the venue is approximately 20 minutes away.

4:00 PM - ARRIVE AT VENUE

Make your way to the venue and get yourself settled before the big moment.

4:30 PM - THE MAIN EVENT

Please take your seats on either side and put away your phones for our ceremony.

5:00 - COCKTAIL HOUR

Sip, snack, and relax. Make your way up to the second level deck as our hosts at Calamus take everyone through a wine tasting. Not into wine? The main bar is also open and serving beer along side our signature drinks. Apps will be passed around and kids and adults alike can take part in the lawn games available.

6:30 PM - FIND YOUR SEAT

Dinner will start with

8:00 PM - PARTY TIME

Time for dancing, more drinks, and more fun. The DJ will work hard to get everyone onto the dance floor. If dancing isn't your vibe, there will also be a bonfire outside and weather permitting other surprise activities
