We met online in November 2022, and from that moment, our lives began to intertwine in the most beautiful way. Our first date was a memorable adventure in Prattville, Alabama, where we explored the lively atmosphere at Pratt Pub, enjoyed a romantic stroll along Prattville Creek Walk admiring the twinkling Christmas trees, and topped off our evening with sweet treats at Waffle House. Jason, with his charming wit, convinced me to agree to a two-date minimum, which turned out to be the best decision I ever made.


From the start, we bonded over our shared love of family and humor. We laugh until we cry and always seek ways to make each other crack up, creating an atmosphere of joy and warmth that fills our relationship. Jason is not only an incredible partner but also an amazing co-parent. Being a co-parent with all of us “misfit toys” has truly brought out the best in him, as he jumps in to take care of all of us without fail.


Fast forward to one magical moment: the proposal. With the sweet encouragement of Willow, who innocently asked, “Are you gonna marry my momma?”, Jason revealed his plans. With a smile and a sparkling ring in hand, he confirmed, “Actually, I was gonna ask her now.”


As we look forward to our wedding day, we can’t wait to make another Hitson out of Jason—even if it's just his middle name! Each step of our journey has brought us closer together, and we can’t wait to celebrate our love with you.
