Sometimes in life, you meet the people you need—right on time. God’s timing.
Joe and I shared the same friend group for years. We went to the same parties, talked with the same people, yet somehow lived parallel lives without ever truly crossing paths. We’ve often said that if we met at a different time, we probably wouldn’t have clicked. In fact, we might not have even liked each other at all.
The night we finally met, I leaned over to my best friend John and said, “I hope I never see ‘Joehead’ again!” To which John replied, “Well, too bad—you’ll see him tomorrow at the Healy house.”
That first night, I wasn’t Joe’s biggest fan. Looking back now, it’s hysterical—because I can’t imagine a single day without him. The very next day at the Healy house, we became friends, and from there… it was history. We were glued together, inseparable from the start.
Here we are, 14 years later. We’ve built a beautiful life together, through good times and hard ones. We’ve shared love, patience, forgiveness—all the things needed to make a marriage last. But we’re missing just one thing… the marriage itself!
So here we are, a little late to our own party ❤️ We can’t wait to share our special day with all of you!
