Ceremony starts at 4:30 P.M. (eastern standard time). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find a seat.

We are hoping for a full outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor. In the event of poor weather, our venue can accommodate an indoor ceremony and reception.

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided. Before the wedding, there will be two shuttles that leave EMBASSY hotel at 3:30 and 3:50 PM. There will be shuttles available to transport back to the hotels continuously throughout the night. The last shuttle of the night will leave the venue at 11:00 PM. **Please, please, please absolutely NO alcohol on the busses. We don't want to lose your rides home or pay the fine!**

Thankfully our venue is very accommodating and allows for overnight parking. If you are someone who decides to drive to our venue, and then needs to take a shuttle back to the hotel after the wedding that is completely fine! Our venue just asks that all cars be picked up by 11:00 AM that Saturday morning!

Hotel check in is at 4:00 PM on Friday. Please call ahead to arrange for an early check in, which may or may not be able to be accommodated per the hotel staff.

We would love everyone to dress up with us, and ask that you dress in cocktail attire.

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 13 on our wedding day (other than those in the wedding party).

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

We invite you to be fully present with us. We will be having professional photography and videography at our wedding to capture our special day. Please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony.
