Even though Brant tells people we met in Idalia, modern technology brought us together. The Bumble swipes occurred in July of 2018. The first official date was at The Grainery in Idalia, Colorado where feelings quickly flew. In over 5 years, we have dealt with long distance (Lubbock to Texas), short distance (Burlington to Vernon) and in between. We both finally moved out of mom and dad’s houses and somehow stumbled into our teaching careers. Five years was all it took to find our way to living in the same town, teaching at the same school and that official question to what we are finally preparing for! We are so excited to celebrate with you and finally create our lives together! We may forever have the discussion of Wray versus Burlington but we can always agree on cows. Just maybe not the color of cows either.
