Katelin and Braxton’s story began long before they officially started dating. Growing up in rural Oklahoma towns, they had known of each other through school and sports for years. Although their paths crossed often, it was not until December of 2022 that a simple conversation turned into something more.

What began as a quick conversation soon grew into a steady and intentional relationship. On April 1, 2023, they officially began dating and have continued choosing each other every day since. Built on shared values, encouragement, and a strong foundation in Christ, their relationship has continued to grow through every season.

Katelin pursued her passion for athletics at Tabor College, playing collegiate basketball while earning her degree in Health and Physical Education. Braxton attended WSU Tech to pursue an HVAC career. Through busy schedules, games, classes, and long days, they consistently supported one another and celebrated each milestone side by side.

Braxton chose a meaningful moment to propose during Katelin’s graduation and basketball pictures. In the middle of celebrating one chapter closing, he asked her to begin the next one with him. It was a moment filled with excitement and a sweet reminder of God’s perfect timing.

From small-town beginnings to building a future together, Katelin and Braxton are excited to step into marriage surrounded by the people they love most.
