What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the ceremony or reception, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP as ‘no’ so we can plan accordingly, thank you!
How do I RSVP?
Please select the RSVP tab, search your name & select your Answer! Please do not send your RSVP by mail, if you can or not make it and are unable to do it via our website, please give us a call or text!
When is the RSVP deadline? How can we RSVP?
Please RSVP to our wedding by August 1st 2024. This will provide ample time for our venue and caterer to plan accordingly. You can RSVP to our wedding online through our website under the RSVP tab.
Can I bring my children?
We love your little ones so much! However we respectfully request you leave your kiddos at home & come celebrate our adult only wedding with us!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at 4pm-4:15pm, but no later than 4:20pm so the ceremony can start on time!
What is the timeline for the wedding?
The ceremony will start at 430pm-5pm.Cocktail hour will be 5pm-6pm.The reception will be from 6pm-11pm
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
All wedding events will be taking place at Bella Sera, 414 Morganza road, Canonsburg PA 15317
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside at the Garden. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place inside. The reception will take place indoors. All locations are on site.
What is the expected dress attire?
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail formal attire. Our color theme is light and neutral- please no jeans, sneakers, shorts or t-shirts. Please see the “wedding attire” tab on our website for inspiration!
Where will guests park?
There is a parking lot located on site. Attendants will be available to help guide you as to where to park. Overflow parking will be located in the field next to the parking lot if needed
Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair friendly?
All locations for our wedding are wheelchair friendly.
WHERE DO WE GO AFTER THE CEREMONY?
Following the ceremony will be cocktail hour, please make you way to the white tent directly behind the gardens for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails!
WILL THERE BE ANY VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?
Please let us know in advance of any allergies or food preferences that we need to accommodate, otherwise there will be no available food options listed above.
Can we take photos and post them on social media?
We highly encourage you to take pictures to capture our special day! We just ask that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag, #CyphertWedding, so we can keep track of all the pictures. We do kindly ask that phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony as we would like to make sure our photographer doesn't capture any phones in our wedding photos.

Can I bring a plus one?
As much as we would love to have everyone there, unfortunately if the name is not listed on your invitation please do not bring them.
Do I need to bring a gift or card?
Your attendance is a huge present to us! We know everyone is traveling far to celebrate us & we appreciate the length you’ve gone! Please know a present or card is not required!
