When exploring downtown:

- KC street car (Free, comes every 10-15 mins rivermarket to union station via Main Street)

- Personal vehicle (plenty of parking, park on riegers side of the train tracks!)

Crossroads Hotel: 3:30 pm 
Home2suites (crossroads): 3:45 pm 
Loews Hotel: 4:00 pm 
Drop off at venue ~4:15 pm 
Pick up at Ameristar Casino 4:30 pm
Drop off at venue ~4:50 pm 


All times are tentative. The bus will do continuous loops between Crossroads and Loews hotels and drop off at the venue after the above times until 5:30. Shuttle will also be available during and after reception. 






The wedding/reception is in the East Bottoms area of Kansas City, however there are no hotels/airBnbs in this area. The most convenient area to book a place is in downtown KC, which is only ~5-10 min drive from the venue. We encourage everybody to book early as possible as KC can get busy.
