If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed on the envelope. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to clarify!

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping things intimate. Some children are invited so please refer to your invitation for details. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm!

The ceremony will be held in a covered space, and the reception will follow indoors. Guests will walk a very short outdoor path between the two locations. Cocktail hour is planned for outdoors as well, with an indoor option available if the weather requires.

You’ll find a list of hotel options under the "Travel" section on our website. If you’re booking an Airbnb, we recommend staying closer to the Richmond area (like Glen Allen) since there are limited options near the venue.

Yes! Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight, but please note: vehicles MUST be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning per our venue’s policy. Please don’t forget to grab your car before then!

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive between 3:30-4:00 PM to allow time to park and find your seat.
