Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Winridge Manor, 116 Winridge Dr, Madison Heights, VA 24572 on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. The property is about 15 minutes from the hotels where we reserved room blocks. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held under a pavilion.

YES! Both the ceremony and reception are child-friendly.

We have reserved seats for the individuals addressed on the invitation envelope. Children of all ages are included in each family.

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site. There is a large lot on the lawn to the left of the driveway with parking attendants available to guide you. After you park, walk towards the manor. The ceremony site is around back.

Please join us for a delightful cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Relax and mingle with fellow guests while enjoying an open bar featuring a curated selection of fine wines, craft beers, and signature mocktails. Savor an array of delectable hors d'oeuvres crafted to perfection. Our menu includes a variety of gourmet bites, from savory to sweet, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones or personal cameras during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

Heck yeah! During the cocktail hour and reception, we will offer select wine, beer, and signature mocktails (non-alcoholic mixed drinks). Straight liquor is prohibited by the venue and our event permit.

The reception will end at 11:00 pm. There is no formal after party.

Yes! A buffet-style dinner will be served during the reception. Expect to see a pork dish, a chicken dish, and a variety of seasonal side dishes. Chicken fingers will also be available for children under 10. For dessert, there will be a selection of decadent baked goods (including gluten free options).

Good question. Breanna and Carlos want to welcome all their wedding guests to Lynchburg with a party! This event will be held at one of their favorite local restaurants. During the party, the happy couple are sponsoring the first round of alcoholic beverages. The Water Dog is known for their extensive beer selection, and for their expertly crafted cocktails. They are also known for their mouthwatering menu, of which there will be a special select menu for order during the party timeframe. A formal meal will not be provided. However, guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary round of appetizers on a first come basis. Guests are also welcome to order their own food from the event menu.
