HOW DO GUESTS RSVP?
Right here on our wedding website is the way that we prefer our guests to RSVP. After we have sent out our invitations, you will be able to find an RSVP button at the top of our wedding website. If you are unable to do so, we would graciously accept a message or a text from you instead.
WHEN SHOULD GUESTS RSVP BY?
Once you receive your invitation, please RSVP no later than the date posted on the invitation. (September 20th). We will be implementing a seating chart for the wedding, so those who do not RSVP by the date indicated on the RSVP card will not have a designated seat or table. We cannot guarantee guests a meal or a seat without an RSVP due to deadlines with our caterer.
WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope that you understand.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We do not have a particular dress code in place however, it is still a wedding so make sure you look and feel your best! There will be dancing at the reception so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear. Everyone is welcome to pull out their favorite cowboy & cowgirl boots!
ARE THE BUILDING AND EVENT SPACE ACCESSIBLE TO DISABLED PEOPLE?
Yes! Whippoorwill Farm is ADA accessible. Our coordinators will be able to direct guests to the ramp at the side of the building where they will be able to access the reception space. We will also have a wheelchair on site for those who need one to get to and from the car.
IS IT AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! We will also have tip jars out through the night as well for our bartenders.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
This will fully be dependent on weather! If weather permits we will have the ceremony outdoors, if not we will have it in the dancing barn.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Due to limited capacity, we can only allow children named on the invitation/rsvp
WHAT TIME SHOULD GUESTS ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to park and be seated prior to the start of the ceremony. We recommend arriving no later than 3:20 PM and no earlier than 3:00 PM.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding we will be sending out our wedding invitations. Those invited will receive rsvp cards with the link to our wedding website that detail how many seats have been reserved in their honor. If you are given a plus one, it will be indicated on the rsvp. Otherwise, unfortunately we are limited by a finite number of seats due to capacity.
ARE THERE HOTELS IN THE AREA?
YES! Please check out our “Travel” page on our website or click the link below to be directed to the hotels we have blocked out and their discounted rates https://www.theknot.com/us/breanna-dietrich-and-noah-lafferty-oct-2023/travel
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR DINNER?
Our wedding reception will feature delicious entrees, sides, cornbread, and rolls from Mission BBQ. Dinner will be served buffet style with a twist, in that staff members will be the ones actually handling the food and serving it on guests’ plates as they go through the buffet line. There will be three meat options (brisket, pulled chicken, smoked sausage) and multiple sides & sauces which include cornbread, Mac & cheese, coleslaw, & cheesy potatoes
