In order to ensure we are fully present we will be having an "unplugged ceremony", The means that we are asking all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our day and we would hate to have a well meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like! We Kindly ask that you try to stay out of the photographers way so she is able to capture everything as well. If you take any photos,Please send them to us so we can also share them! We will be sure to share our ceremony photos as soon as we receive them!

Since this is going to be a beach wedding you can dress in a beach wedding attire . or you can dress formal! whatever you are most comfortable in!

If it is bigger families traveling together I would say yes but other then that no you can get a taxi to and from the airport and the hotel, Everything is in walking distance!

That is the beauty of Clearwater is there are two airports that aren't very far away! There is Tampa International Airport and St Pete-Clearwater International Airport that you can fly into!

I would recommend everyone flying in the morning or afternoon of the 24 so they can be apart of the welcome party starting @ 5! We can't wait to celebrate with everyone!

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM! We ask everyone to be there 15 - 20 minutes before!

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer,cocktails, and a selection of red and white wine. We will also have nonalcoholic options and coffee.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

The Ceremony will be on the beach and the reception is going to be mainly indoors.

The wedding is in October so at night it could be a little chilly like a light jacket chilly and then sunny and warm during the day. Plus this time of the year in Florida its not going to be super humid!

Packing will be simple some nighttime outfits swimming suits and a cover up, sunscreen sunglasses. There will be a pool at the hotel and the ocean is in walking distance!

Clearwater has so much to do like the clearwater aquarium, going to be beach, sunset cruises , sunset tiki rides Pier 60, there is so much to do in clearwater and everything is in walking distance,

There are so many different restaurants that you can choose from like Mexican, seafood Italian, American Ice cream places and many coffee places also and again everything is in walking distance.
