UPDATE: Unfortunately our wedding blocks have filled up at the Holiday Inn Express in Port Elgin and Southampton Quality Inn. There will be bus transportation to and from the venue at these locations so you might be able to snag a room if they have any available still at the standard rate. However there are lots of other options like other hotels, boutique hotels, air bnbs, VRBO’s and Cottages in Canada cottages in Sauble Beach, Southampton & Port Elgin if you prefer.

There are tons of options for dinner in Sauble Beach, Southampton and Port Elgin! We are doing a late night ceremony at 7pm so we strongly advise you to grab dinner before the wedding. Hors d'oeuvre’s will be served after the ceremony and a food truck will open at 9pm during the reception.

There is an ample amount of parking at the venue. It is to your left when you pull into the venue.

We will be providing one bus to transport guests to and from the wedding. There will be 2 pick up times (5pm & 6pm). The bus will be limited so there are cab numbers to call & you can also leave your car at the venue as there’s ample amount of parking. The 3 pick up spots will be the Port Elgin Holiday Inn Express, The Southampton Quality Inn & the Circle K on Main Street in Sauble Beach. 1. Port Elgin Holiday Inn: 1208 Goderich St Building 1, Port Elgin. 2. Southampton Quality Inn: 100 N Rankin St, Southampton, ON 3. Circle K Sauble Beach: 329 Main St, Sauble Beach Please meet at the Port Elgin Hotel at 5pm or 6pm to be picked up, then at the Quality inn at 6:10pm to be picked up and lastly at the Circle K in Sauble Beach at 6:25pm. We will be having 2 drop off times at the end of the night. The bus will be leaving the venue at 12:00am & 1:30am.

This is a formal attire wedding however the ceremony is outside in the forest across the property so please choose your shoes accordingly.
