What date should I RSVP by?
The RSVP deadline has passed (9/1/24) and the guest list has been finalized. If you did not make the deadline, your presence will be missed and we’ll certainly have to gather another time. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Please RSVP online, through the RSVP page on this website! It is imperative that you do so, so that we can know who is coming!
What will parking look like on the wedding day?
Dresser Mansion is situated in a residential neighborhood, near riverside and downtown Tulsa. With that, we have reserved a valet service that you will be able to leave your car with at the venue. All the same, if possible, Lyft/Uber or carpooling could make for an easier evening!
Where can I stay and how will I get to the venue?
Please refer to the Travel page of this website!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The mansion has a beautiful backyard that will serve as the setting for the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour, immediately following the ceremony. The wedding reception will be mostly indoors for the remainder of the evening, with the option to hang outside as much or as little as you'd like.
How might the weather be on Wedding Day?
It's Oklahoma (if you know, you know). I honestly have no clue; however, plan for fall weather and warmer clothing! While the ceremony will be outdoors, it will be during the daylight and (I'm sure) the warmer weather of the day. For my dress wearers, I'd bring a warm cardigan or a light coat that you can slip back on whenever you'd like to!
What is Festive Attire?
Festive Attire is a relatively recent dress code that encompasses joy, vitality, and boldness! Imagine cocktail attire, with a "fun, colorful flair". Simply, its somewhere between cocktail and semi-formal, but not quite one. Guests are encouraged to have fun with their looks, with bright colors, prints, and statement jewelry. Just no white please ;)
---------------------------------------------------------------------Guys, everyone--don't feel pressured into buying an extravagantly colored suit for this occasion. Wear a suit/sports coat that is neutral (if that is what you have or would be willing to rent/invest in) and spruce it up with a snazzy, interesting top and/or neck tie.

What are the wedding colors?
Sage green and cactus rose!
Besides white, are there any other colors or wardrobe "no-nos"?
Yes, obviously no white! However, with festive attire, please feel free to wear other colors (even bold colors) and prints!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
In most cases, we will send out an invitation with whom we are intending to invite; however, there are some circumstances where guests have already denoted a plus one. Simply, please reach out first, as space is very limited!
Are kids allowed to attend the wedding?
We love your children, but due to space and setting restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day. Please arrange for childcare in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
NOTE: Only children aged 1 year or younger are allowed to attend. Please denote if you will be bringing a child who is 1 years old or younger.
Bring your family to Tulsa for the weekend if you can!
While children will not be at the wedding, feel free to enjoy the weekend with your family, outside of wedding events! See the Tulsa page (on this website) for some family-centered activities and feel free to reach out to Evan or Bree for more suggestions!
Will there be meal options available for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, potentially. However, please denote dietary restrictions in your RSVP!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar! The stock will include local wine and local craft beers!
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
Yes and No! We are asking that guests refrain from taking photos and/or videos during the wedding ceremony. This is an intimate moment that we would like to reserve for ourselves and our cherished guests. We have also have reserved an extremely talented photographer that will be taking photos and preserving memories during this time. With that, we ask that you live in that moment with us and allow Harlee (our photographer) to work her magic! However, please feel free to snap all of the photos and videos that you would like, after the ceremony, during cocktail hour and the reception!
Am I allowed to post photos from the wedding on social media?
Feel free to post any photos and/or videos that you take on Wedding Day to your social media accounts! Just no photos/videos of the actual ceremony (which you would not have any by following the no pictures/videos during the ceremony rule).
What is your wedding hashtag?
#LiveLongAndProsper
Registry?
Please refer to the Registry page of the website. We love and appreciate your presence on our special day and a gift is not required. However, if you feel so inclined, we do have a honeymoon fund and anything would be much appreciated. Additionally, we have been incredibly blessed and do not have a true need for anything; however, we have added a few items that we would like if you'd rather give a material gift.
Weekend in Tulsa?
Our wedding day will be Friday, November 1st! Please refer to the Tulsa page of this website to gather ideas for fun things to do for the remainder of your stay in Tulsa!
