This event is for the wedding party and close family/friends. Please join us for ceremony rehearsal and a cocktail hour style dinner catered by Carolina Ale House before the welcome party. We will have self-serve High Noons and Ultras readily available. There will be a veggie platter, cheese platter, mini sliders, pretzel platter, quesadilla platter, buffalo chicken dip and a chicken zinger platter! Then be ready for various assorted desserts!

The Wedding Party/family/close friends will have heavy Hors d'oeuvres catered by Carolina Ale House from 6-7 pm after ceremony rehearsal at 5:30 pm. We then invite you to join us from 7:30-10 pm for a few drinks and dessert on us (we suggest eating dinner before-hand if you are not part of the wedding party because there may not be too many leftovers from the rehearsal dinner)! We will have barrels stocked with Ultras and High Noons available to you. You'll also be able to get a feel for where the ceremony and reception will take place the following day. This will be more of a standing event- we will have high cocktail tables and will provide seating for our guests that would prefer to sit; we might also do a fire pit on this evening depending how the night goes! The professional DJ will not be there until Saturday but the venue has an impressive sound system so don’t leave those dancing shoes at home Friday!

The ceremony and reception are for family and close friends who have supported us through different seasons of life, and we love you all. When we eloped on 10/7/2022, we wrote out long vows to one another that we have upheld; this ceremony on the other hand will be a fairly quick renewal of vows to stay committed to each other and the family we have created- the officiant will be G-pop so expect a few tears a maybe a few Dad jokes thrown in. Also- we will have barrels of beer, seltzers and water available for you before-hand, so you don’t get parched during the ceremony. ;) For this event we will have 🐅 tiger town transportation shuttling passengers to and from hotel from 2-4 pm and 9-11 pm in increments (more info to come) to make sure there is no drinking and driving! It is a 14 passenger shuttle van. So if you want transportation make sure you are at the Hampton inn off exit 27 between those times! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 so please make sure to arrive at the LATEST by 4:15- again we will have drinks available so you aren’t just waiting around!

After our ceremony, guests will be ushered to the cocktail area for about 45 minutes, where we will have 4 (yes 4!) signature cocktails named after our fur babies, Palmer and us; don't y'all worry, we will have self-serve Ultras for days and various flavors White Claws, so you are never waiting in line. During cocktail hour, there will be light passed hors d'oeuvres. Please remember to hydrate- waters will be readily available! We will then be serving a buffet; food for the evening will be catered by Southern Way. Guests will be notified when it is their turn for the buffet and be called up by table; we will have assigned seating (I'm sorry it's a Northern thing)! One of our favorite parts of the reception is dancing, so we expect that to start fairly early after speeches and special dances. Lastly, we will have a 360 photobooth station available for you to have something to remember from our event between 7-9 pm.
