Todd was born in Fremont, California, a Bay Area native through and through, deep in the music scene and knower of all good food trucks. Bree grew up in the lovely small town of Hanover, Michigan, with a population of 472 people. She moved to Fresno, California in 2017. Though she often visited the Bay, it would be another four years before their paths finally crossed. In 2021, as Bree relocated to the Bay Area for her career, the world was slowly emerging from the pandemic. She decided to try Tinder, and received a message from someone with a SpongeBob quote on their profile—and a compliment for her dog, Bean. Their first date was at Lake Merritt in June 2021, where their shared passions for music, gaming, and sweets sparked an immediate connection. Within a year, they moved in together, discovering that no matter how unpredictable life became, their love was one constant they could count on. On May 25th, 2024, Todd proposed to Bree while hiking in Garin State Park, overlooking the Bay. And, of course, she said yes.
