Our Wedding

Bree: "It started with a swipe, as most relationships do these days. We messaged for a week before deciding to meet up for a coffee on a Friday afternoon. It was June 22, 2018 and for once in my life I was early. I sat down on the steps in Union Square waiting for Paul to arrive. When we tracked each other down I went in for a hug and Paul went for a handshake. It made for a slightly awkward, but cute first moment. We grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down in Union Square. Paul and I shared so many common interests and not long after our first date we became inseparable. We spent the entire summer getting to know one another, riding through the city on our bikes, stopping at restaurants and water fronts. Pauls spontaneity was one of the things that drew me in the most. COVID was a difficult time, but we grew stronger as a couple and actually moved in together in the middle of the pandemic. Exactly 3 years after our first date Paul unexpectedly proposed in the exact place we met. It was a picture perfect moment and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Shortly after getting engaged we went on a road trip down South from NYC. When we stopped in Savannah Georgia we were breath taken and decided that is where we would have our dream wedding!"
