We know we have many guest who are traveling internationally and staying at an all inclusive resort for the first time so we would like to provide as many details as possible. If you have any questions that we have not answered below, please reach out to the bride or groom.
What should I do about flights?
We recommend booking your flight once you are certain you are coming. Flights are booked separately. If possible, we recommend flying nonstop for your return flight. If unable, try to book a flight with a 2-3 hour layover as you will need to go through the customs process during the layover.
What’s an all inclusive resort like?
All inclusive means all of your food and drinks are included with the cost of your room. That includes a variety of restaurants, bars, and snack options. The only thing not included is gratuity. The staff does work for tips so please keep this in mind.
When will the bride and groom be at the resort?
We plan to be at the resort from May 28th - June 3rd. All guest are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights but are welcome to stay as long as they would like.
How do I book my room?
We have worked closely with a travel agent who is experienced in destination weddings. Please see their website under the travel tab for booking. To get the discounted group rate, you must book through our travel agent. They also have a lot of information related to the travel process and recommend reading all the details on their site. Flight will need to be book separately.
What do I need to travel to Mexico?
All you’ll need is your passport and plane tickets!
