There is absolutely no obligation to stay at the Outrigger. Please check out the 'Accommodation' page to find a place to stay that suits your budget and needs.

Of course! We will be checking in two days prior to the wedding day but there is no commitment for our guests to do the same. Please cater your trip for what works best for you.

Short answer: Beach cocktail. Long answer: Barefoot vibes for the beach ceremony and comfortable for the weather elements as there may be sun, sand and sea. We are pretty laid back with the dress code but think light and breathable yet, smart. Maybe ditch your "mankini" for this event!

As we have budgeted for our guest list, if you would like to bring a plus one please let us know as we kindly request that you contribute towards the additional cost associated with their attendance. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Since you’re travelling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! Although, if you choose to contribute with a gift then you may do so however you see fit.

Of course! The resort will accommodate this during the reception - just please note this down when you RSVP (following the prompts).

Fiji is a tropical country with only two seasons (the wet and the dry). October is the end of the dry season, and temperatures, rainfall, and humidity won't be as high as during the rainy season. Although temps are relatively uniform year-round in Fiji, expect high temperatures of up to 27°C in October.

We will organise a Facebook group for the trip so guests can organise activities together if they like or communicate their whereabouts.

If you stay at the Outrigger then they will provide beach towels. All power points in Fiji are the same as in Australia so no need for adapters. If you can, bring some reef shoes (or appropriate water shoes) as swimming in the Coral Coast can be a bit sharp on the feet.

Both the ceremony and reception will not have allocated seating - please sit wherever you like. Seating in ocean at own risk!

So as long as your passport is not due to expire less than 6 months of your return date then you should be good to go. Bear in mind, if you stay at Outrigger then it is a cashless resort so you will need to bill to your room. If you are staying at neighbouring hotels then please see Reception when you visit as they will guide your information best.
