What is the timeline of the event?
While we’re eagerly looking forward to celebrating with you, please note that the following timeline is subject to change. We’ll keep you updated on any adjustments as the big day approaches:
Ceremony: 4:00 PM
Cocktail Hour: Begins 4:30 PM and End 6pm
Guests Seated: 6 PM
Grand Entrance: 6PM
Dinner Service: Begins at 6:15 PM
Open Dancing: 7:30 PM to 11 PM
Newlyweds’ Send-Off: Around 11:00 PM

Are there accomodations nearby?
Yes, there are plenty of hotels within walking distance of the venue. Some nearby options include the Amway Grand Plaza, JW Marriott, and Homewood Suites by Hilton. Additionally, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott for a limited time. Be sure to book soon to take advantage of the special rate. We look forward to celebrating with you and hope these accommodations make your stay as convenient as possible!
Where should we park?
Parking in the area is a bit limited, and unfortunately, there is no free parking available other than street parking. However, there are several convenient parking garages near the venue.
We recommend arriving early to ensure a convenient spot. We can’t wait to see you there!
What food will be served?
During the cocktail hour after the ceremony, we’ll have a variety of finger foods. For dinner, we’ll have a buffet-style spread featuring pizza, pasta, salad, and breadsticks. If you have any dietary restrictions, please message the bride at 616-951-2553 before July 1st, 2025, and we'll make sure you’re taken care of.
May I bring a plus-one?
To keep our event more intimate, we kindly ask that only those addressed on the invitation RSVP and attend. If your invitation specifically states that you may bring a plus one, then feel free to do so. Otherwise, we hope you understand our desire for a smaller gathering.
Are there any special accommodations available?
Yes, our venue is handicap friendly! There’s an elevator to take you down to the ceremony area and up to where the cocktail hour will be held. Additionally, we can accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Please let us know any special dietary needs by July 1st, 2025. Should you have any questions, please reach out and we will be happy to answer them!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will capture these special moments. Feel free to snap away during the reception!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. This will give you extra time to find parking downtown and get to the venue without any stress.
