Wedding Day Details
We are so excited to celebrate with you! Below are some important logistical details to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Private Ceremony
For convenience, the private ceremony will take place on the same property as the reception. This will be an intimate ceremony, including only our immediate family and closest loved ones. If you are invited to the ceremony, this will be indicated on our wedding website. We appreciate your understanding.
Arrival Time for Ceremony Guests only: Please arrive at the property by 2:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
For those attending the private ceremony, you are welcome to carpool and park on the property for the duration of the day and evening. Alternatively, a shuttle service will be available from the park-and-ride on Boston Neck Road (about 3–4 minutes away). The shuttle seats approximately 25 passengers and will run every 10 minutes. The shuttle departs for the ceremony at 2:45 pm.
Reception & Celebration
The reception and celebration of love will begin at 5:00 PM and continue until approximately 10:30 PM.
Arrival for Reception Guests: Please arrive at the park-and-ride by 4:45 PM to take the shuttle to the property. The shuttle will run every 10 minutes to bring guests to the venue until 5:45 pm. All are welcome!
Food & Drink
To kick off the evening, we will have a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, a grazing table, light bites, and beverages. For dinner, we’ve booked two of our favorite food trucks, available for you to enjoy at any time throughout the night. There will be a variety of options for everyone, so please eat, drink, and enjoy!
Instead of a formal seating arrangement, guests are welcome to sit wherever they’d like—whether on the patio, a bench, the screened-in porch, cocktail tables, or traditional tables under the tent.
Bar & Atmosphere
We will have an open bar available throughout the evening. Everyone in attendance is 21+, so come ready to eat, drink, dance, and celebrate!
Shuttle & After-Party
The shuttle service will run until 11:00 PM, providing flexibility for anyone who needs to step out, grab something from their car, or head home.
For those who’d like to continue celebrating after the reception, we plan to gather around a fire, enjoy some late-night snacks, and maybe even take a dip in the ocean if the weather allows! You are welcome to stay and join us. However, please note that after 11:00 PM, the shuttle will no longer be available, so a rideshare or designated driver will be necessary to return to your car or home.
