The booking link will no longer be active 30 days before the event (May 28), but if you choose to book after this date the Group Code will still be active!

We have scheduled a 52-person charter bus for transportation to and from the venue. The bus will need to take 2 trips. The plan is for the first bus to leave the hotel at 2:50 and the second bus will leave around 3:30. The bus will begin taking guests back to the hotel around 9:45, with the hall closing at 10:30. The ride is 15 minutes each way.

If you choose to provide your own travel, there are parking spaces available right in front of our reception Hall, the Cromaine Hall. Ubers and Lyfts will also be available!
