Below are the rates available for your guests for your event weekend. In addition to the rates listed, there is a nightly Resort Fee of $25 per night for Two-Bedroom Villas or $20 for all other room types, and taxes.

You and your guests should call us at 800-676-1694 and reference the "Shepard/Procker Wedding" block #933135. Anyone in Reservations would be happy to assist with booking.

Please note that we will only be offering a special discount for your guests. We do not hold rooms ahead of time. We are only able to hold rooms by charging a credit card deposit equal to the amount of the first night of stay (charge is made when reservation is booked). Rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis, based on availability in our general inventory. We are unable to guarantee room availability for any date or room-type. We strongly urge having guests call to check on availability and book reservations at the earliest possible convenience.

Please be aware that we have a two-night minimum on Saturday, October 17^th. Anyone staying that night will be required to stay at least two consecutive nights in the same unit.

Studios (sleeps up to 2 people)

Studios offer a fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, DVD player, private balcony, king bed and are located on the third floor in the main building.

Spa Studios offer an in-suite hot tub, fireplace, patio, and king bed. Amenities include a DVD player, stereo with CD player and electric BBQ. Spa Studios are ground floor units.

One-Bedroom Suites offer a fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, DVD player, private balcony, queen bed, full-size sofa sleeper, and are located on the first and second floors in the main building.

Two-Bedroom Villas
Two-Bedroom Villas offer a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, deck or patio, a king or queen bed in each bedroom and full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Additional amenities include a DVD player, electric BBQ, washer/dryer, and stereo with CD player. The villas are located on the North and South bluffs in single and split level units.
