All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome party at 7:30 pm the evening before our wedding at Est. 1864 Noir Bar & Restaurant. Dressy Casual Attire. Please RSVP to this event on our website.

The venue is located at Copper Rose Ranch in Livingston, MT which is approximately 50 min drive from Bozeman, MT.

We will be providing a shuttle service between the Country Inn & Suites in Bozeman (address on our travel accommodations page) and Copper Rose Ranch. Ahead of the ceremony, the shuttle will leave at 3:45 pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel. Seats will be limited, so please let us know if you will be using the services when you RSVP. There is parking available at our venue if you choose to drive.

We suggest you stay in Bozeman which has a variety of options! (See travel section for more details on discount hotel rates) This is peak season for the Bozeman area, so we encourage booking your accommodations as soon as possible. There are several Airbnb and VRBO options between Bozeman and Paradise Valley, where Copper Rose Ranch (the wedding venue) is located.

Due to limited space, only the individuals listed on the invitation are invited to the ceremony and reception.

We kindly ask you wear your best semi-formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, we suggest you wear a dress or dressy separates.

We requests this be an adults-only event. We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. We encourage you to enjoy an evening or weekend child-free!
