Our ceremony will be held outdoors. Please be sure to bring a jacket to keep warm. Cocktail hour will be indoors with the option of seating outdoors. Once it's party time, we will be heading inside for the remainder of the evening! However, if there is any inclement weather, everything will be held indoors.

There is a free parking lot directly next to the venue. If you need to leave your car overnight that is okay!

Yes, we will have shuttles escorting guests to and from Seaview Hotel to Blue Heron Pines throughout the day. Check the transportation tab for shuttle times.

Hotel check-in time is at 4:00. Please give them a call a few days before to see if you can get an earlier check-in since our ceremony starts at 4:00 and shuttles will be leaving around 3:00.

Yes! You can check in any time after the reception. Someone will be at the front desk at all times to check guests in.

Let's keep the night going! Late night pizza and snacks will be offered in the Grille Room at Seaview Hotel from 11:15-1:30.

Breakfast is offered to all guests. Please check your Welcome Bags for a buffet ticket. When entering the Main Dining room in the morning give the buffet ticket to your server at the start of breakfast and enjoy! If you do not have a buffet ticket, we'll have extra! Come find us. The breakfast buffet is served from 7 am - 11 am.
