Each invitation was handmade with love from old newspapers, cardboard, and tissue paper. The "gold glitter" on the backside is actually a bunch of small, white asylum seeds.

Our virtual ceremony is for any of our guests unable to attend the wedding in person. Whether you can't take time off, traveling is too expensive, or whatever the reason, we want everyone to have an opportunity to watch and support us.

Hurricane Helene made it's way through western NC. Nobody realized the devastation this storm was going to cause. The rivers and streams in the area overflowed and ripped through much of the area. Roads were washed out with many on the verge of collapse. Landslides and fallen trees everywhere. With limited service, communication has proven to be a challenge. For everyone's safety, we made the decision to reroute everything to Poquoson, VA.
