FAQ

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:00pm to allow time for parking and seating.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held? What about parking?

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Balmoral House in Fishers, IN. Parking will be on site. 10101 Hamilton Hills Ln, Fishers, IN 46038

What is the dress code?

We ask that all guests dress in semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing t-shirts, shorts, jeans, etc.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

The venue has an indoor dining area and an outdoor deck and patio. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be a mix of indoors/outdoors.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" and ask that all phones/cameras be put away during the entire ceremony.

Will there be alcohol?

YES. There will be an open bar provided, so please take advantage.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

NO. Please don't. There will be an open bar provided and if a guest brings alcohol on the venue's property, we will be charged $500 per instance. Which means you will be Venmo requested for each instance.

Are kids welcome?

No, we ask that all children be left at home for the night as this is an adult-only event. Josie will eat the children.

Are there any local hotels to stay at?

We have a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place in Fishers, IN. See the Travel tab on the website for further details.

Is there a registry? Where can I send gifts/cards?

Is there a fee for the cash funds?

We have cash funds set up on our registry on theknot.com, but they do charge a 2.5% fee. If you wish to bypass the fee, feel free to either mail a check or venmo us: @victoria_612 (last 4 digits of the phone number are 1854)
