Brett and Bri met each other on Hinge at the end of winter/early spring of 2022. Their first date was at Davanni's, which for two picky eaters was a safe place to choose. Bri being from the Chicago area, was not that impressed with their pizza, but that didn’t keep her from seeing Brett again. The dates that followed included walking around Lake Harriet, going to the movies, and bonding over our love for pizza. A few of our favorite pizza places include Broadway Pizza and Green Mill!

On April 13, Brett officially asked Bri to be his girlfriend and she said “Yes!” Since then, they enjoy watching Survivor together, road tripping to IL, cheering on their favorite teams at the Bears vs. Vikings games, and playing mini golf where hopefully someday Bri will beat Brett.

Flash forward two years later and Brett and Bri are eating their second favorite food, wings, at a favorite restaurant in Anoka. After dinner they go and get ice cream and walk to their swing along the Rum River. Once they finished their ice cream and sat and talked for a little bit, Brett got down on one knee and proposed. Bri of course said “YES!”

Now they can't wait to celebrate with their family and friends in May of 2025!
