Our room block is reserved until February, but pricing and availability can change at any point if our room block gets filled. We are able to request more rooms if needed, but cannot guarantee price or room availability outside of our room block. If you know you will be attending, we advise that you book at your earliest convenience to avoid any issues.
When should I book my flight?
6 months in advance is the general rule of thumb for international flights. Your best bet on the best price on air is to book after 9 p.m. on a weekday. Tuesdays are historically the best day to book air. Additionally, don’t forget to clear your cookies or search in a private window. Sellers track your searches for air and raise the prices accordingly. This is a way for them to make more money and for you to pay more for your tickets.
What is included in the price?
The price you see reflects an all-inclusive resort stay. Room, food, & drinks are included in this price. As mentioned above, a shuttle service to and from the airport is also included. Airfare is NOT included and must be booked by guests. Our travel agent can help with this if desired. (Please note that there is no discount if you choose to book airfare through our travel agent.)
Are all rooms located in the same area?
No. Rooms are in different locations based on price. For example, the Caribbean Suite is located closer to the lobby, where as the Caribbean Sand Suite is closer to the pools/beach area. You can find a resort map below and on the Hard Rock website.
Are all wedding guests rooms near each other?
The hotel will make every attempt to group the like rooms together. This is not always possible with large groups, but they do their very best. If guests want to be specifically close to or next door to someone, they can request this in the box at the bottom of their booking request and we can enter this in their booking as an added request. Not guaranteed, but they will do their best to accommodate. (See picture below for example of where you can request this on the booking form.)
The room I want is not listed. Can I still book it?
If you don’t see the room you are looking for, please let our travel agent, know and she can request it be added to the group. Please do not book outside our wedding group! Rene will try her best to accommodate our guests.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to get around the resort. When you book with Destination Weddings, there is also a complimentary shuttle service to bring you to and from the airport.
