How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP online on this very website! Look for the RSVP tab at the top of the page

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 19th

Why can't I bring my kids to the wedding?

We love your children and would love nothing more than to celebrate with them, but due to venue restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 13 on our wedding day. Infants less than 1 year old are welcome.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, and we have a lot of important loved ones joining us already, so space may be limited. If we already know your plus one, we'd love for them to join us. If it's someone we've never met before, please confirm with us directly if you'd like to bring them. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes there is! There is lots of parking available on the property, so you should be able find a spot just fine.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception (including dinner) will be inside the greenhouse on site.

Is there a shuttle to/from the venue?

At this time, we do not have a shuttle service planned for the wedding. Please consider other options for getting to the venue, such as carpooling or ride sharing.

Is there a dress code? Are there any styles or colors I should wear?

There is no strict dress code for the wedding. Informally, our dress code is semi-formal & fabulous! Our wedding colors are forest green and peach, which you're welcome to wear if you like. Please avoid tailcoats and dresses with heavy glitter.

What is the weather like in Black Diamond?

Early June in Washington usually features sunny & mildly warm weather, but at this stage - it's hard to predict what the weather will look like on our day. The best case scenario is around 70 degrees and clear skies. However, a rainy June day wouldn't be unheard of in this area. Also, we could also potentially face an early heat wave like in June of 2021 (when it was 115 outside!!) In other words... hope for the best and prepare for the worst!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We plan on using Olive Garden catering for dinner. Olive Garden is relatively allergen friendly and great for folks with dietary restrictions. Here is their allergen & nutrition page for more info: https://www.olivegarden.com/nutrition

What is the wedding day itinerary?

We plan on doing family photos BEFORE the ceremony begins (including a first look). We are asking our family members to arrive around 1:30 for photos. The ceremony will begin at 3:00, followed by a brief cocktail hour. The reception area will open at 4:45, where dinner will be served. During dinner, we will have an open mic for toasts & speeches. After dinner, the newly weds will have their first dance. Shortly after that point, the dance floor will be open! As many of you know, lots of our friends are musicians, so we plan on having an open jam as part of our festivities. Sendoff is at 9:00
