Formal. For men, they should wear a classic suit and formal evening wear for women (floor length, midi or cocktail dress).

Book your hotel as soon as possible. This is a holiday weekend and hotel rooms will book up fast.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and the ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We recommend contacting the hotel for early check-in.

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a plus one is noted on your invitation, you will see their name when you RSVP.

We are providing a shuttle service for our guests staying at The Holiday Inn hotel - Hastings, MI.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony.

We have hired incredible photographers & videographers to capture our day. Certainly you can take informal pictures, however, please refrain from photographing during the ceremony.
