For guests staying at the Holiday Inn- Hastings, MI there is a shuttle provided. It runs from 3:00pm-12:00pm. Please see the "Shuttle Schedule" tab for pick up times.

Formal. For men, they should wear a classic suit and formal evening wear for women (floor length, midi or cocktail dress). Ladies may want to bring a light sweater, as the reception is lakefront. Heaters and drop-down sides will warm the lakefront pavilion.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and the ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We recommend contacting the hotel for early check-in.

This is an adults-only event. We will not be inviting children outside of the wedding party.

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony.

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a plus one is noted on your invitation, you will see their name when you RSVP.

We have hired incredible photographers & videographers to capture our day. Certainly you can take informal pictures, however, please refrain from photographing during the ceremony.
