In November of 2018, Bri was working at the front desk of the Trible Library at CNU. Adam came to the desk to talk with one of his fraternity brother's girlfriend's when Bri's beautiful blue eyes caught Adam's attention. From that day on, Adam started coming to the front desk whenever Bri was working to check out books he was definitely not planning to read.

It was not until December, in the middle of finals, when Bri sought out Adam. Bri and Adam spent Christmas break together. At the end of the break, Adam planned a date night at the botanical garden's in Richmond to ask Bri to be his girlfriend, but she said no because she was leaving to study abroad in Spain in January. However, Adam was persistent, and after the 3rd time she finally said "yes." A little over four years later, Adam proposed at the botanical garden's in Birmingham.
