This is a great excuse to dress up! We recommend semi-formal/cocktail attire. However, we also want you to feel comfortable and welcomed so please don't feel pressured to spend too much on your attire! We can't wait to see you!
Can I bring my kiddos?
Yes! We want to celebrate with your family too. All we ask of you is to be mindful of space when it comes to the first dance, parent dances, or cutting of the cake for photographing reasons.
What should I bring?
Yourself! Because a lot of this wedding does require the help from family and friends, we are grateful to have all the resources needed to make this day happen. Unless directly contacted by the Bride or Groom, your attendance is all we need from you!
But I want to bring a gift!
Thank you! Brian and I have worked on a wedding registry that is connected through The Knot and Amazon. Since we have already established ourselves in our home, thankfully we don't need to start from scratch! This is our opportunity to upgrade from our 10-year-old spatulas or our worn down washer and dryer. We do appreciate any gift you send our way!
What does lodging look like?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate lodging and highly recommend looking at hotels and/or Airbnb as soon as possible. If you run into any difficulties, contact the Bride or Groom and we can try to find solutions for you. Please keep in mind that Late Night in the Phog is the Friday before with Nelly headlining the event and a football game in KC the previous day. This could cause some traffic with hotels which is why we urge finding lodging ASAP.
What if I need Taxi service?
Great! Whether it's to beat traffic, parking, or you had one too many at the bar, we would love to extend an Uber or Lyft to anyone who would need one for whatever circumstances. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable.
